What’s up everyone. Luke here from the Maximum Football team with an update regarding our first game update. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_uftnQqGRU It’s been a week since we launched Maximum Football on Steam Early Access, and we’ve gotten hundreds of comments with feedback and suggestions for improvements. We have been logging all of this feedback and prioritizing the fixes that the community wants to see the most. We will be releasing an update on Tuesday around midday Eastern Standard time. This update is going to address several of the biggest concerns flagged by our players over the last week.

We will be introducing a fix for our issue with rage quitters and disconnects. If someone leaves a game early, the person who remains will receive the win and the person who leaves won’t get anything, even the second place rewards that are awarded after a loss.
We will also be issuing a number of fixes to address on-field gameplay issues, including some adjustments to the much discussed passing and catching mechanics in the game.
Matchmaking, connectivity, and online and offline stability issues are being addressed. This will result in quicker queues, more stable matches, less disconnects and fewer game crashes across game modes.
This is the first step of many we are taking to address feedback that you the community have given us. Next Tuesday, when the patch releases, we will have full notes outlining the specific fixes. Thanks for sticking with us and we will see you on the gridiron.
