Ever since we launched Nanome in 2018, we’ve had monthly releases with groundbreaking features that push the boundaries of collaborative molecular modeling. Over a dozen updates later, Nanome’s extensive feature sets may be a bit daunting to navigate through. With our new documentation site, you can find documentation on every Nanome feature and menu. Even experienced Nanome users can find this to be a useful resource. From the first time you download Nanome, to calculating H-bonds, interacting with Electron Density Maps, and Frame Data, you can find everything that Nanome has to offer in this section. [b]Home.nanome.ai[/b] Want to see your account info online? Visit home.nanome.ai to manage your account. This section of the documentation features primary navigation around home.nanome.ai. [b]Macros and Plugin walkthroughs[/b] For those advanced and enterprise users, macros and plugins are a crucial part of integrating Nanome into your scientific workflow. Visit this section of the documentation to learn more. [b]Other Sections[/b] We’ve also included basic information about account tiers, hardware requirements, and troubleshooting. [b]Future changes coming to Nanome Documentation[/b] [i]How to[/i] Currently, the Nanome documentation site is purely focused on documenting Nanome’s menus and features. In the long term, we’ll be aiming to transition our documentation to be more of a guide for our users. This how-to section will feature a list of guides on how users can leverage Nanome to get the most out of it. [i]FAQ[/i] Yes, we’re aware. We have a FAQ on our subreddit, but admittedly, it’s pretty outdated. That’s why we’re currently in the process of updating our FAQ to be more relevant to our current users.
