Hunt the Night

Plunge into a retro-style action-adventure game that combines a fast, skilled gameplay with dark fantasy and lore. Play as Vesper, a virtuous member of 'The Stalkers,' and explore the vast world of Medhram, filled with ruins and horrors.

- Added a new screen suggesting the use of Controller and headphones. - Fixed text display duration during the Game intro, as they were displayed too fast. - General gameplay balancing regarding some rooms and enemies. - Modified the default Mouse+Keyboard controls to make them more intuitive. - Improved the aim system when using Mouse+keyboard controls. - Modified the sprite and effects of the Dark Barriers that appear during several parts of the game, including combat zones and bosses. - The animation and damage of both Hunting Spear and Lacerators have been changed. They were underperforming compared Sword and Greatsword and the hitbox wasn't working as intended. Animations were altered in order to fit the new gameplay style better. - Added a new interaction system. Now a '!' symbol will be displayed when the player is near interactive objects. Furthermore, we improved the collision and interacion zones to make it easier to interact when near them. - Added extra information regarding 'Crow Feathers'. We specified that they are important to solve puzzles too, as we believe this use wasn't clear enough in the previous version. Also, now key words to solve particular puzzles will be displayed in a different color. - Changed the 'Crow Shinre' (Save points) sprite. Sometimes it wasn't visible enough and it is very important regarding gameplay, as it saves your progress and refill your health, bullets and Crimson Roses. Now it will be a predominant asset when placed in an area. - Some of the 'Devourer' and 'Prime Devourer' hitboxes have been modified and adjusted to better suit the animation. - Modified several 'Prime Devourer' animations to make them more visible. - Modified the 'Marauders' (Invisible enemies) location to avoid players losing focus just before starting the Statue's puzzle. - Added and modified several in game sounds. - Fixed an issue regarding HUD player warning when heal was low. - The 'Prime Hunt' lobby display has been changed. Now the chest with the Noctilium is placed near to the vendor, so it is easy to get the currency, buy the items, equip them and fight the boss.
