Gamify gamers

hello there, its been a while, this update is a little earlier than I hoped it to be but I just felt like updating today, so here is the patch notes: [*] added reset and default settings to volume levels. [*] added achievement screen. [*] fixed torches being able to be placed on doors. [*] fixed some particles being in the wrong spot sometimes. [*] fixed dungeons to be very dungeon-like. [*] added resourcesless mode, which is actually not real, it still uses a window. [*] added a cheese chest. [*] fixed containers being open far away from the player. - or as I like to imagine it, the player now has shorter arms. [*] fixed atleast 200 million bugs. [*] added object_culler (for the big tree's animations and lighting). - makes it easier to know if the tree should be rendered or not. [*] added different wind track to other biomes. [*] added fade in / out for music. [*] waypoints now save to the world, and are stable. [*] can select a blank image for the waypoint markers if you just want words on the minimap. [*] added little line end graphic to color picker lines. (look at color picker's cursor) [*] fixed fishing rod from crashing the game. [*] added achievements menu. [*] fixed "freeze the game while paused" from freezing the game indefinitely sometimes. [*] added reloading the language files to the asset reloading. (dev note) [*] added collision viewing debug for all physics objects. (dev note) [*] fixed some fish code. [*] fixed entity spawnpoints in structures, they should be not stacking now. [*] "press any key" now accepts funny key combos like ctrl+shift+alt+F4. - (but doesn't save them... yet) [*] fixed color picker to update when adjusting the hex color. [*] added shorthand hex colors to be used in the hex text field. [*] the magical tree has now some particle effects and lighting. - based on progress. [*] disable online features in the settings menu now usable. - (steam / discord now disable-able, requires game restart.) [*] you can no longer walk around with dialogue open. [*] added world and player file compression. saved files should be smaller now. - (currently using Godot's GZIP compression, so 14mb world file is now 1.4mb roughly) [*] added footsteps. [*] added food plants to the spawn area. - so player can find food when just starting. [*] placed tiles have a little dust poof particle now. [*] tiles broken can now randomly drop extra items. [*] watering cans can hold lava (atleast for now) [*] re-added container minis! (it allows you to see what's inside a chest without opening it, still WIP) [*] tossed and turned at night, and spent every waking hour trying to make a decent looking water shader effect. [*] and many other things I probably forgot to write down. (darn the patch notes aren't long enough) also as far as I know steam overlay should not be working at all at the moment. I've added a few random plants to the starting area, so incase you get hungry you can eat these. [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/43614279/382e60be86024c285d2c6ad7237ed57cedbbaae2.png[/img] If you hold and on an item slot, you can lock the item in place locked items don't move when you to sort an inventory. and they can work as a pickup filter, so things will goto that slot first everytime. Lava now emits a light, that's hot.
