Evil Awaits Patch 1.1.0 - New Upgrades, Boss Changes, and Big Improvements

[u][b]Evil Awaits first major patch is here![/b][/u] This patch brings in new upgrades and journals, boss reworks, quality-of-life improvements, balancing and lots more. [h1][b]New Upgrades[/b][/h1] 5 New Journals can be found throughout Archdale, all introducing new upgrades at the workbench. [b]Ammo Mule[/b] - Increase the amount of maximum ammunition for all weapons. [b]Medkit Capacity[/b] - Increase the maximum amount of Medkits you can carry at one time. [b]Medkit Strength[/b] - Increase the effectiveness of Medkits. [b]Roll Distance[/b] - Increase the distance traveled whilst Rolling. [b]Sprint Speed[/b] - Increase the speed of Sprinting. [h1][b]Additions[/b][/h1] - An additional 15 toolkits have been added around Archdale, and more can be found from specific sources. - Headshots now have a high chance to stagger enemy variants that can be staggered. - Loot drop system reworked for all lesser enemy variants. - The ranking system has been re-balanced and now includes Journals found. [h1][b]Bosses[/b][/h1] [b]Bridge[/b] - Slightly increased health across all difficulties. - Slightly reduced health scaling. [b]Docks[/b] - Increased health during the second boss phase on Standard difficulty. - Decreased chance of long spit attack during the second phase. [b]Cemetery[/b] - Changed behaviour during the first phase. - Increased health to succeed during phase two on Standard and Hardcore difficulties. [b]Archdale Castle[/b] - New interactive objects added to the last boss room. - Last boss reworked with additional animations for new environment interactions. - Last boss health increased across all difficulties. - Last boss movement speed increased across all difficulties. [h1][b]Balance[/b][/h1] - Slightly reduced health scaling of lesser enemy variants. - Light Melee Damage increased from 20 - 25 -> 30 - 35 - Heavy Melee Damage increased from 25 - 35 -> 45 - 55 - Sprint Melee Damage increased from 25 - 35 -> 60 - 75 - More enemies spawn on Standard and Hardcore difficulties in the level: Garden. - Rifle Max Ammo reduced from 120 -> 90 - SMG Max Ammo increased from 90 -> 120 - Sniper Rifle Max Ammo reduced from 30 -> 12 [h1][b]Improvements and Fixes[/b][/h1] - The crosshair setting is now enabled by default. - Once reaching the Chapel and beyond, the protagonist will now have a dirty/wet cosmetic effect. - Sniper icon will now appear on the New Game menu when appropriate. - Cinematics longer than 10 seconds are now skippable in the level: Archdale Castle. - Both Ending credit screens can now be skipped. - The Critical Multiplier upgrade now shows the correct information when fully upgraded. - Journals no longer apply to Notes counted. - Journals no longer apply to Note-related achievements. - Fixed an instance that would disable controls after the opening boss cinematic in the level: Docks. - Fast zombies will now drop Revolver ammunition instead of Pistol if it is equipped.
