The last weeks were filled with work on the underlying system to enable multiple story branches and endings. This work had to be done, because initially we wanted to have one linear story. But in the end we decided against it, because the biggest story telling mechanic video games can offer is interactivity. One of the endings - the so-called Zen Ending - will be about using Poneh Zen so much that the tentacle monsters join Poneh's Poneh Zen sessions. This will lead to a mutual understanding between Space Ponehs and Tentacle Monsters, so that they will find a way to not only coexist but to also transcend the issues which led to the battles in the first place.
