UI
- When keys or notebook are used but can still open doors text turns light red instead of red
- By default the level chosen is the last played (or the last unlocked)

ENTITIES
- Entities now wait and make sound when they appear to avoid attacking immediately
- Cruel doll is now slightly slower

FIXES
- Fixed knocked out player not going back to main menu after a player leaved by the quit zone
- Fixed gaining exp for relics objectives when leaving by the quit zone
- Fixed a rare issue where all the relics are placed but don't trigger the objective
- Fixed achievement "Roll out the red carpet" to be done only if entity is visible
- Fixed achievement "Please stop playing" when a player has already more than 10k dollars
- Added a red circle to know where the ritual is on the map when discovered
- Door screamer now starts immediately after trigger
