[b]Bug fix[/b] 1. Fixed penalty card issue. If the penalty card disposes last card of player's hand, player wasn't able to play card or place unit. This is fixed so player can play after the card dispose. 2. Stage 1 enemy, Glub, had "Add penalty card" for penalty, this has been removed.
