Here is what was fixed:

[*] Classic Era quest will no longer start after the Trading race quest — instead, it will always appear on turn 130.
[*] You cannot sell the army indefinitely anymore (selling won't happen if you sell more army than you have).
[*] Locations can no longer have a negative number of workers on them.
[*] Fixed errors with the event queue showing messages out of order.
[*] Improved water effects.
[*] Fixed the incorrect city being shown during loadings.
[*] Fixed the building animation order and layers.
[*] Tooltips' size is improved for techs and buildings.
[*] Text appearance on Battle screen is improved.
[*] Localizations updated.
[*] Some texts fixed.
