Update v0.29.0: Certified Classics!

[h3]Certified Classics:[/h3] The big feature in this update are "Certified Classics"; each game played now has a classic score, and those games over certain thresholds will be designated classics, with tiers from Bronze to All-timer. Classic score represents how exciting the game was, and bonuses are given for big matchups, close games, and late-game drama. The win probability model is used heavily, and has had a couple improvements too. You can also now change the full game log setting to only save logs for classics. [img]https://i.imgur.com/jfO2I0N.png[/img] You can see all classics in a new leaderboard page, and sort by other things like lead changes and upset sizes. A minimum classic score of 80,000 is needed, but all-time classics have scores of at least 125,000. Also, recruits will like seeing classics, with a bonus applied if they take a visit during one! [img]https://i.imgur.com/J04SXHj.png[/img] [h3]UI updates:[/h3] I've added a few nice things in the UI, including a new section in the roster tab for teams that displays how many player awards have been won. [img]https://i.imgur.com/14WxqCd.png[/img] I've also created a new "Leaderboards" navigation section, moving some pages over there, including Team Wins and Team Awards, and improved the appearance of them with some nice icons and colors. See the Coach Career Stats leaderboard below. [img]https://i.imgur.com/trwo9TZ.png[/img] [h3]Balance and bug fixes:[/h3] Other changes include some coach hirability logic improvements, so OCs/DCs of top teams should move around a bit more realistically, and teams will avoid promoting especially young coordinators to HC roles. There were also a couple late-game playcalling issues that were fixed, where teams wouldn't punt or kick FG correctly. I also fixed an issue where teams would not spend money correctly if they were near max for certain attributes, so now you should see more CPU teams hit those high 50s in levels if they have sustained success. Also, see the new "Preferences" section in the Game Settings page, allowing you to turn off the quick play filter I introduced last update, which was requested by a few people!
