Update 2/8/2024

Thanks to all the feedback I've received, I've made a few changes and updated the demo build. I really do appreciate all the feedback I get, so please, if you have something you don't like about the game, or something you feel like I could have done better, or should not have done at all, no matter what the feedback is, I want to hear it! Here are the updates in the new patch: [b]Beginning Introduction:[/b] Shortened the introduction to the game. Cauna is no longer a playable level but a full-on cutscene instead. Entire scene revamped to be more fast-paced. [b]Bow Aiming Adjustment:[/b] Changed bow aiming mechanics. Previously, clicking the left mouse button aimed and shot, with the right mouse button releasing aim. Now, hold the right mouse button to aim and press the left mouse button to shoot. [b]Stamina Cost for Blocking/Parrying Removed:[/b] Blocking/parrying no longer costs stamina. Parrying an attack will now recover a small amount of health and stamina instead. [b]Combat Tutorial Revamp:[/b] Revamped the combat tutorial with cleaner widgets and a more fluid combat feel. [b]UI Adjustment:[/b] Moved the "Out Of Stamina" pop-up text to the bottom of the screen. [b]Atmosphere and Lighting Adjustments:[/b] Adjusted the atmosphere and lighting within the Arcane Spire. [b]Ranged Damage Increase:[/b] Increased ranged damage. [b]Crosshair Adjustment:[/b] Ranged crosshair will no longer spread/adjust when moving, making aiming easier. [b]Mage Enemies Adjustment:[/b] Adjusted mage enemies to prevent them from spamming channeling spells excessively, such as "Icy Winds," for a more enjoyable and fair fight. [b]Mini Boss Fix:[/b] Fixed a bug with the mini boss in the Arcane Spire where it failed to draw its weapon, resulting in attempts to attack with its fist, dealing no damage. [b]AI Changes:[/b] Adjusted the enemy AI to enhance responsiveness. A complete AI overhaul is planned for the future, stay tuned for further improvements! [b]Leveling Up/Acurine Dust Changes:[/b] Slightly decreased the Acurine cost for leveling stats. Increased availability of Acurine Dust in the early game to introduce players to the leveling up system sooner. [u][b]I will continue to work on and improve the current state of things.
