[b]Minor Mechanical Changes[/b] 🐐 Helicopters will no longer "park" over mountains when capturing a building. 🐐 Terrain generation updated and rebalanced. 🐐 Public gardens are getting nerfed. 🐐 Casino effects made more powerful. 🐐 Free policies and cash in future playthroughs now a selectable option. [b]Bugfixes[/b] βš™οΈ Pandemic crisis restored for all players (when the setting is toggled). βš™οΈ Production particle bugfix. βš™οΈ Neighbour flags will now show in war notifications. βš™οΈ Fixed unit placement when loading savegames. βš™οΈ Repaired texture in the office. βš™οΈ Updated codebase for road rendering, lifted some bridge construction restrictions. βš™οΈ Fixed lagspike when deleting roads.
