Update 0.9.5 - New Game Phase & No Movement Cost

A new minor version of the game was released. Here’s all the changes: [b]Game Mechanics[/b] [list] [*] Remove Movement Cost - Movement and Attacks do not cost anything anymore. [*] Oil to build units - 1 Oil is now required for any unit to build [*] 4 Game Phases - Removing the cost attached to troop movement allowed for splitting up the turn phases into 4 distinct phases (vs. 3 before). and re-ordering them.
