IT'S OUT!!! My new dev log on the 'Music Lover' feature!! 🙂 [previewyoutube=xUqdTNkIhk0;full][/previewyoutube] Hello Neyyah adventurers! I am very excited to showcase some of Neyyah's optional feature: 'Music Lover'. By default, this is disabled within the game, and music will only play at certain default areas of the game, while ambient sound will fill out elsewhere. However, I do understand some gamers LOVE music within games. I have also played some similar games to Neyyah where music is more continuous throughout - even though you can always turn down volumes / mute music if you want to. As a way to provide more music in Neyyah, I have created an optional feature within the game called 'Music Lover'. This will start playing music in areas where usually there isn't any music, only sound. The Music Lover music consists of elements from other soundtracks composed for every environment, so it won't sound out of place; it's in keeping with the style and feel / atmosphere of the environments within the game, and from a developer's perspective, doesn't take too much time to create, as I am essentially remixing other pieces of music, and making it unique for this feature. The Music Lover tracks add a very different atmosphere and feel to the gameplay, strengthening a replay factor for Neyyah, and also revealing HIDDEN gems within the game! I would love to release these 'Music Lover' tracks on the Neyyah OST too! Hope you enjoyed this video. Be sure to like, subscribe and comment!
