Release Weekend Hotfix

Fixed a few high-priority bugs that potentially prevented standard gameplay loop [list] [*] Reverted change that prevented online clients from using keyboard [*] Allowed keyboard input on character customization screen for player 1 [*] Allowed keyboard input when pausing in-game [*] Fixed join prompt not displaying in local lobby [*] Steam lobbies should now only allow players to join while host is in-lobby, (i.e. not while in the middle of a game) and only allow max of 4 players [/list]
