MAJOR: Fixed Hotfix 7's "triggered effects that were self-targeted (such as On Survived Combat) stopped working" actually causing ALL procs to become self-targeted, causing Poisoners to poison themselves, Spiked Gauntlets to knockback the wearer, etc. Fixed another issue with the Difficulty Select UI where the game would 'save' a maximum difficulty level for UI purposes one pip higher than was possible. If you loaded into this state, the Difficulty UI screen would get into a glitched state. Fixed the Compendium filters not working after Hotfix 7 Updated the wording of Blood trait to make it clear the unit is sacrificed after most other "start of combat" effects, meaning it combo's well with things like the Gemini Hex or Star Crown. Fixed Kerfuffle Shuffle's bonus item slot not applying to a loaded run. Fixed Falderal being able to teleport into a pit. Fixed the View the Credits achievement not being completable since the February Update's new UI menus.
