Barkhan

A harsh sand planet has become the stage for a brutal war between three Great Clans. For the power over rare minerals each wants to prove their superiority. In the heat of dynamic battles with the enemy's troops, be prepared to face and attack giant Sand Snakes.

Today's review will focus on specialized military equipment designed to carry out special tasks on the battlefield. This formidable machine was conceived before the onset of the conflict. Its development was frozen for a long time, but was revived due to the demands of wartime. The original concept was so successful that even years later, it did not become outdated. This allowed the "Eradicator" to integrate components from other, more modern technology, such as a powerful three thousand horsepower engine from a storm tank and a transmission from the "Behemoth" assault transport. The most challenging part was the development of ammunition. Modern warfare has pushed enemies in technological progress. The destructive power of obsolete shells was deemed insufficient. Thanks to modern armor, even infantrymen did not receive fatal damage from the explosion of these munitions. The ammunition for the "Eradicator" has been reworked. They are now equipped with an individual target guidance system, have a higher speed, and are equipped with a more powerful charge. The weapon has been improved and equipped with an additional stabilization system when firing, but, due to the large recoil of the super-large caliber of the weapon, firing is impossible while the vehicle is moving. Therefore, the "Eradicator" is let down not only by its impressive dimensions and low maneuverability but also by the inability to counter the threat in firing mode. It is not armed. The main focus during development was on maximum protection of the landing party and crew. The armor plates are arranged in such a way that they provide all-round protection from most types of ammunition. Two powerful engines allow the "Behemoth" to continue moving even when one of them fails. It is capable of significantly expanding the radius of visibility and detecting camouflaged enemy units. The "Spider" can only function in a stationary state. We will be back with the next story soon!
