[b]Changelog Version 1.1.0.1[/b] - Two small bug fixes relating to Train Departure and Neighbor AI. These seem to pop up randomly for a very small number of players, so I've added some additional checks to help catch these errors and not lock up the game - A few other small UI tweaks and clean up for consistency
