To survive the dangers lurking there, you will first need to prepare both the ship and the crew. To do this, you need to collect the necessary resources and properly build the ship, ensuring that you have enough gold for your crew pay and enough supply of cheering potion for sea wolves - rum. Some examples of them are as follows: 1. wood - the basic building material for both the ship and the cabins [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38779553/f2a59bd7b2e31b9ea8caa7d4c3488eef65a170f8.jpg[/img] 2. metal - is an essential raw material for creating metal elements of the ship, including cabins and weapons as well as tools to repair the ship [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38779553/d3f317aa362fdfdb1fc0c1a57b6a546050fd0fe9.jpg[/img] 3. herbs - a raw material used by alchemists to brew healing potions necessary for each sea wolf to heal after the combat [img]{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38779553/308fa4a1f774243785c149116bdb23176e055315.jpg[/img] 4. gold - a resource obtained by completing tasks, robberies, selling goods, etc. Gold is a universal currency opening every path, so it allows you to buy other resources, pay your crew, and more. The first one is the exploration of the map in the search of raw material stockpiles. Unfortunately, this method of increasing the number of resources is not the best one. Although it offers a free and easy way to fill in your warehouses, it is just a one-time use only. Once the resource stockpile is collected, it is no longer available. Merchants are able to sell you the produced raw material for a certain amount of gold. It is worth noting that they only have a limited amount of resources to sell at once, but they are replenished from time to time. It is, therefore, worth planning your trip first to visit several of them during a single voyage from one port to another.
