It’s been a while! We want to introduce a few major updates included in the patch: [h1]Employees are personalized with traits [/h1] [list] [*] Traits are sets of character qualities, that each employee has. They help to bring diversity and let players enjoy more strategic choices when forming their teams. [*] There are currently 26 traits in-game, which together make a huge number of unique combinations that you can encounter when hiring. [/list] [h1]Project technologies have been updated [/h1] [list] [*] Technologies now have much more clear and understandable descriptions, which will help players decide on whether or not to use them in their projects. [*] “Motivation” technology has been removed from the game, replaced by “Recreational activities”. [*] “Recreation activities” is a new technology, that allows a project team to spend some of their working time on recreation, accumulating temporary boost to Happiness. [*] “Overtimes” technology now triggers a visible Morale bar which represents willingness to work overtime and their exhaustion from doing it. [/list] [h1]Other features implemented in this patch: [/h1][list] [*] Hackathons introduced a separate project type! [*] “1, 2, 3” - this buttons change the game speed now. [*] Equipment got rebalanced [/list] [h1]
