Hey Shapers! The Synergy Update is here! We’ve done a myriad of redesigns and added a bunch of new content all in service of replayability and build diversity. [b]New Feature: Major and Minor Core Enhancers[/b] We’ve reworked the way Core Enhancers are found in runs and split them into two categories, major and minor enhancers. Now, at milestone moments throughout your runs, you will be granted a choice between 3 major core enhancers that alter your gameplay in drastic ways, such as overriding your core ability or even your punch. [b]New Content: 38 New Core Enhancers[/b] To support this new system, we’ve added a whopping 38 new core enhancers, 18 major enhancers and 20 new minor enhancers. This is going to add optionality to your runs and make each run you play feel unique. Instead of moving gear modifiers from weapon to weapon, you can now extract the modifier and add them to your build permanently. This will allow you to build up permanent power throughout the course of a run and create a long-term plan to maximize synergy between your extracted mods, your weapons and your core enhancers. All other core enhancers obtained during a run will grant a choice of minor enhancers. [*]18 new major core enhancers added to the game. Mods extracted from gear are now placed into mod slots inside Ada’s inventory. These mod slots will apply mod effects to all future gear placed in the corresponding gear slots. This will allow you to keep and utilize powerful mods you find for the entire run. [*]Mod Extraction selection now goes through the inventory screen [*]Removed the ability to change the level of gear through transferring mods [*]Windstep now launches you high in the air instead of letting you stay afloat and glide [*]Dashing with the Wind Core equipped is now omnidirectional [*]Volt Orbs now start off larger and shrink each time they hit an enemy [*]Volt Orbs no longer move towards enemies by default [*]Ada Core Outburst no longer deals damage on contact by default [*]Rebalanced weapon and ability gear level scaling to account for new permanent gear modifiers [*]Rebalanced enemy health to account for new player power level expectations [*]Added new talents to expand mod slot capacity [*]Adjusted the scaling of health and shield talents [*]Added feedback for maxed out affinity after defeating an Overlord [*]Added SFX to indicate when you are hitting corrupted enemies with the wrong damage type [*]Added a new visual for major core enhancers [*]Optimizations done to increase frame rate during combat [*]Added screenshake when an Overlord dies [/list] [b]New Core Enhancers[/b] [list] [*]Power Rush - After a dash, your next instance of damage is empowered by 50%. [*]Quick Recompile - Dashing refills all your magazines. [*]Cyclonic Vortex - Your takedown explosions pull nearby enemies. [*]Critical Moment - Every 10 shots, gain an enhanced shot with high critical chance and improved critical damage. [*]Raging Reflects - Projectiles reflected by your punch grant Fury. [*]Vicious Dash - Dashstrike increases target’s debuff stacks by 25% [*]Hardware Refresh - Heal for 5% of your Max HP upon completing a room. [*]Polarizing Punch - Enemies you punch instantly become Magnetized. [*]Stunning Detonator - Takedown explosions have a chance to stun enemies on hit. [*]Scattershot Blade - You now shoot multiple short ranged Air Blades in a scattered pattern. [*]Power in Decay - For every 1% missing HP, gain 1% increased damage. [*]Emergency Countermeasures - When your shields are down and you take a hit, refund Outburst cooldown. [*]Return on Investment - Takedowns grant you 10 credits. [*]Break 2.0 - Increases Breaks critical hit chance by 20% and critical hit damage by 50%. [*]Optimal Conditions - When in the air, all your attacks deal 20% more damage. On the ground, you deal 10% less. [*]High Ground - Airblades deal 20% more damage when you’re in the air. [*]Flight Plan - Dashing resets your Windstep. [*]Rushing Talon - Vaulting over enemies resets your dash cooldown. [*]Combat Impetus - Killing an enemy resets your dash cooldown. [*]Circuit Buster - Precision hits deal an extra 50% damage. [*]Cluster Might - Deal 20% extra damage for every enemy within 10m, up to 100%. [*]Panic Protocol - When your shields are down and you take a hit, there's a 20% chance you will regain shields. [*]Breaker’s Dash - Dashstrike inflicts Break. [*]Defensive Nova - For 5 seconds after Volt Slam, take 50% less damage. [*]Haste Overclock - Get cooldown reduction on your dash for each stack of haste. [*]Hurricane Blade - Airblades travel slower and shoot slower but explode on impact. [*]Emergency Reboot - Reloads all your weapons and recharges main Ability on shield break [*]Calibrated Blast - Increases takedown explosion damage by 50%. [*]Hardware Upgrade - Increase max HP by 40. [*]Flight Dynamics - Increase move speed in the air by 15%. [*]Chaining Reflects - Projectiles reflected by your punch also chain to nearby enemies. [*]Rapidfire Overkill - Recharge Overkill faster for each stack of Rapidfire. [*]Violent Restitution - Critical hits refund 1 bullet to your magazine. [*]Pressure Advantage - When your core gauge becomes full, gain 5 stacks of Haste and Deadeye. [*]Gravitational Break - Killing an enemy affected by Break creates an explosion that pulls in nearby enemies. [*]Critical Countermeasures - After your shield breaks, all shots are critical for 3 seconds. [*]Space Time Matrix - Dashing refunds 1 second of all your other cooldowns. [*]Shield System Patch - You gain 20 max shield.
