Patch 1.8 - Desert Island!

Hollow Island

Shape your own destiny: Explore, dig for riches, fish, grow crops, cook food, brew and sell potions, expand your property, fight monsters, build camps and hoard your treasures!

Added: - Three new areas: A4, A5 and B5. - A new biome with new enemies, terrain, weather (sandstorms) etc. - 33 new items. To mention some of them: three armour sets, four legendary weapons, two new pets and a new minion-summoning item. - Seven new enemies and one new boss. - Four new achievements. - Very rare and very valuable diamonds can now be found at all stages of the game when mining and when deconstructing stone blocks. - There is also a new fish you can catch in calm fresh waters, like small ponds or Lake Everless. That fish might be a useful ingredient now. *hint* Changed: - You can now place buildings on terrain where you previously couldn't, like stone covered mountains. - Oum, the priest NPC, now sells two legendary amulets which allows you to gain HP when dealing dot-damage: one for poison and one for fire. - Eddrick also sells a legendary pickaxe. - The GUI-effect when leeching life has been improved and makes more sense now I believe. - The enviromental sounds in snow biomes has been changed to a more quite and colder-feeling one. Fixed: - The spider cultists previously had a horrible sound when dealing melee damage, this has been fixed. - Rain now has some variation instead of always falling straight down. - The anti-freeze potion now lasts for 15 minutes instead of just 5. - The game now saves all positive buffs applied to the player. - Splash damage now affects ice elements. (There was an issue with the hitboxes before.) - Flipping through crafting menus is now smoother and less flickery. And I think that is it. As always I probably forgot to mention something and there might be some small bug that I have overlooked, so I will be ready for a hotfix should it be needed :) Much love, best wishes and thanks for all your feedback, kinds words and support! //Mattias
