Patch 1.09 - Spring Cleaning

Dungeons of Aether

Delve into Dungeons of Aether, a turn-based dungeon crawler set in the Rivals of Aether universe. Control four new heroes as they uncover the mysteries of the Julesvale Caverns in Story Mode or test your mettle in the grueling Challenge Dungeons.

Spring just started and our new Dungeons patch is ready to swing into action. Check out the notes below for the full details on our latest quality of life changes like implementing saving in Challenge Mode, less DEF stalemates across the board, and new tutorials for advanced tactics.
When right clicking an item with the shop window open, the item will now be sold instead of discarded. This change prevents players from accidentally discarding items with the shop open when it would never be their intent in that scenario.
Changed Fleet's resist to cover.
Fixed colorblind dice preview for Steam Deck.
Relentless now works differently on Story difficulty. On Story difficulty, characters with Relentless will have their STA reset to 2 at the start of each turn. On Advanced and Hard this mechanic will stay the same as it was before this patch (i.e. characters with relentless will be able to use their STA at any time of the turn, in addition to having it reset to 2 each turn).

Challenge Mode

Saving implemented for Challenge Mode! You can now auto-save a challenge run simply by quitting. There's a new button in the menu to continue where you left off from when you return.
Removed lava pools from Challenge Mode.
Removed score cap for Challenge Mode.

Tutorials

Added a tutorial during Hamir's first section that teaches players how to Bait enemies to make the most out of his passive.
Added a tutorial on how decreasing ACC mid-exchange works. This also explains what happens if the enemy was using a trap.
