[h2]Hey Everyone![/h2] It's time for a [b]major update [v0.4.0.0][/b], and we've made some significant progress since the last one. I'm excited to share everything we've achieved so far. The game is shaping up nicely, and I can't wait to eventually bring the full version to you! [h2]TL;DR[/h2] Major update! Implemented online leaderboards. Updated the character controller with lots of new animations for actions that previously had none and improved the "flow". Introduced a new player character. Created a Pause Menu. Compete against your friends and others with always upto date leaderboard times![/*] [list] [*]This also includes a small improvement on the UI[/*] [/list] [*]Updated the player character to something more appropriate! It's not final though but 100 (might be a slight overestimation) times better than the old.[/*] [*]Improved several aspects of the character controller[/*] [list] [*]Added multiple animations, such as wall running up, ledge grab and improved normal wall running animation[/*] [*]Ledge grab feels far more smoother now. You can also now turn "in AND from" the ledge grab, which is a large part of it[/*] [*]Wall running up looks visually better (camera positioning)[/*] [/list] [*]Created a Pause Menu[/*] [list] [*]Access Settings, Binds and Level Selector Menus, you can also Quit the Game from There[/*] [/list] [*]Some of the most "notable" bug fixes[/*] [list] [*]Fixed a bug where after ledge grab ends, the player sometimes does a small hop.[/*] [*]Roll Landing no longer has a abrupt jerking motion on the camera when the rolling sequence ends. Now the camera returns smoothly to the desired position[/*] [*]Fixed a bug when you do a roll landing after exiting a wall run up, the incorrect animation plays[/*] [*]Wall running up now stops at the top of the "wall" instead of continuing through the air[/*] [*]Wall running up cannot be started anymore on low height "walls", such as horizontal pipes[/*] [*]Fixed an issue where, when ledge grabbing certain objects, those objects became "movement" noninteractable, except ledge grabbing, making that the only interaction that is still possible.[/*] [/list] [*]Kept building on some of the unfinished levels, managed to complete few of them (Note: "First Art Pass", so it's not final)[/*] [*]And other various fixes and bugfixes![/*][/list] Stay tuned for next update!
