You play as a cop, who has to check out a mysterious distress signal coming from Saint Icaros. In this new tale you will get an idea of what happened at the ER, after the ending you got in the main game. You will also be able to find some answers to questions many of you have had after completing the game. Maybe you will even find the answer that will let you walk through the door? The big difference between SOS and the main game’s gameplay is, that this time you have arms and a gun. Which mean you can open doors and fight.
