Need Help with Standable?

We've noticed there's a lot of people who could use some help getting Standable working, or have questions about the program! As a solo developer I am unable to help every single person individually, so if we aren't able to get you help directly, it's not personal. Despite this, I have a few ways you can get the help you need!
Standable Docs (Recommended)
Standable Docs (standablevr.com) is the new hub for all things Standable. Almost any question about Standable can be answered here, and we did our best to make it as user friendly as possible (let us know how we can improve it!) The Manual/Docs are divided into 5 main sections:

Quick Start: Installation, Calibration, and General Use.
Mixed Tracking: Learn how to setup Mixed Tracking w/ Standable.
Settings Overview: Don't know what that setting does? Let us explain.
FAQ: Answers to frequently asked questions.
Common Issues: Fixes for common issues.
Check it out here: StandableVR.com (The link can also be found in the Standable UI by pressing "Online Manual" at the bottom of the UI.)
Standable Support on Discord
I have a few volunteer (and one paid) Official Tech Support in the Standable Discord that can assist. Though we ask that you thoroughly look through the Standable Docs BEFORE creating a ticket on the discord as 95% of issues are extremely common and have a simple fix/answer.
"Why not use the Steam community hub and answer questions here?"
With limited people to assist in helping users with their issues, we need to optimize how we manage support tickets. Steam's Community Hub is great for community posts but we prefer to use Discord due to our familiarity with the platform and we believe it helps us get answers to you faster.
