Following several criticisms in reviews I have implemented the following changes to the game:
1. Real Estate now generates a yearly income, though this is taxed. Property insurance costs have also been recalculated down.
2. An adjustment to the inflation calculation.
3. An alteration to income tax rates under each type of government.
