Nina is a 103-year-old ghost girl fascinated by video games. She has discovered them recently (point & click adventures especially fascinate her) and she can't still believe how she has been able to live without them until now. She also likes to draw. She started practicing manga since she discovered Dragon Ball and she keeps her sketches in a notebook. She usually rides his bike or scooter everywhere. She likes to listen to music. All kinds of music. From Arvo Pärt to the Beastie Boys through Talking Heads and The Specials. Nina believes the best invention of the 20th century was chewing gum. She can't live without it. She always carries a pack in her pockets. And she likes to be fashionable. She's not like those other ghosts who wear the same clothes as the day they died. She likes to go shopping and dress cool. But most of all she likes sneakers. She has a huge collection including a pair of '85 Air Jordan 1s.
Nina is shrewd, adventurous and observant. Very smart and brave. She is not afraid of anything. She has the ability to turn herself into anything, except objects that run on electricity because she would obviously get electrocuted. And although she can't die because she's already dead, everyone knows that it hurts a lot.

Her father was an inventor and her mother a private investigator. Perhaps that's where her detective spirit comes from. Both died with her in a train accident. However, she has never seen them again. Nina likes to think that they too are ghosts and that one day they all may be reunited.
One day Nina fortuitously discovered that Destiny was to blame for the tragic accident. He had written her death and that of her parents in his book, the one he keeps with zeal and has a padlock. Nina spent three years searching for Destiny. She wanted to know why he had written that, why her parents had to die and why she was a ghost. When she found him, Destiny gave her no answer. He only told her: "So it was and so it will be". And then he laughed continuously. At that precise moment Nina knew that she would spend the rest of her life fighting with Destiny and those horrible ideas he wrote in that book.
