Added small window with a progress bar during game's initial setup phase.
Names longer than 22 characters abbreviated with '...' when viewing Steam Leaderboards in game.
Proper Steam names requested for Steam leaderboard entries appearing as '[unknown]'.
Fixed errant black pixels appearing at bottom of Steam Leaderboard viewer scroll box.
