[*] New ‘Adventures and Missions’ to complete - with eight adventures and 120 missions [*] 30 achievements (we know this is something many of you have been asking for) [*] A new ‘Random Core’ in-game pick-up [*] Three new levels [*] Bots will now populate lobbies to reduce wait times and improve a new player’s experience [*] Weekly and monthly timed missions [*] New shop items [*] Improvements to many existing levels [*] Improved matchmaking system to ensure players of similar skill are matched together in games. Part one runs from Mar 17th – Mar 29th and part two runs from March 30th through to April 16th. [*] 30 platform achievements have been added. [*] Added ‘Adventures and Missions’ featuring eight adventures and 120 missions. [*] New pick-up type ‘Random Core’ has been added which provides the player with a random, single-use active core. [*] Three new easy levels: Mineout, Velocity Valley and Waverace. [*] Weekly and monthly timed missions have been added. [*] Six new shop items have been added. [*] Added bots into matchmaking to reduce queue times and give new players a more enjoyable early game experience. Bots can be identified by a custom bot badge where rank is usually displayed. [*] Rewards have been added for players who participated in Season One. [*] An exclusive avatar will be awarded for participation in Discord Pirate Mission. [*] A timer counting down to Season Three has been added to Seasons page. [/list] [b]Updated Features:[/b] [list] [*] The tutorial has been reworked to include three unique scenarios covering basic controls, cores and pick-ups. [*] Improved player resets – Players will now experience improved vehicle respawn placement when going OOB or pressing reset. [*] Matchmaking has been updated to use an improved statistic instead of ELO [*] Daily missions have changed to a pool of 16 new missions. [*] 'Shot Of The Match' has been updated to reduce weight towards sticky core usage. [*] Adjusted grip settings on car wheels, which can be adjusted in the settings. [*] Shield duration has now been increased. [*] Holding the boost button will now automatically trigger boosting once the boost gauge has refilled. [*] The unlock requirements for Cores have been updated. [*] The level design in Arch Parkway, Cog Way, Electric Avenue, Eye In The Sky, Jungle Run, Ritual and Rough Hill has been simplified. [*] The Boost cone locations have been adjusted on Anahuac, Avalanche, Bottom’s Up, Bull’s Eye, Claw Canyon, Elevator 7, Endurance, Factory Showdown, Mountain Pass, RocketRamp, Rough Hill, SkyBridge, Sun Disc Dash and Three Peaks. [*] The tunnels have been updated on Bottom’s Up and Factory Showdown. [*] The end of round scoreboard has been updated and now displays player cores and badges. [*] The timed-event UI has been updated to match the new Adventures panel. [*] The lobby screen mission panel has been updated to display new missions. [*] The Time Trials biome selection has been visually updated. [*] The loading and game preview screens have been merged into one. [*] Fixed an issue with moving logo on grass. [*] Fixed the consistency of boosters progressing through three visual tiers of speed. [*] Addressed skips in Bottom’s Up, Broken Pretzel, Bull’s Eye, Claw Canyon, Curvy Corners, Dust Bowl, Factory Showdown, Jungle Run, Precision Decisions, Sun Disc Dash and Uphill Battle. [*] Fixed an issue with a tunnel in Precision Decisions. [*] Fixed a texture issue with the V16 spoiler. [*] Fixed a missing booster bug on the Vulf car body. [*] Fixed the T-Winner boost location. [*] Fixed an issue with the jump visual effects appearing at the wrong time. [*] Adjusted the boost direction when in the garage. [*] Fixed inconsistencies with wheel emissives. [*] Fixed an issue with showing multiple car bodies at once. [*] Fixed an issue with lighting in tunnels. [*] Fixed numerous issues with decal scale consistency. [*] Fixed numerous issues with finish scale consistency. [*] Fixed an issue with spectating on the Kings March level. [*] Addressed issue that caused player to lose ELO when an opponent disconnected from the game. [*] Removed O and J testing keybinds.
