Fear the Night - 恐惧之夜

Greetings Survivors, We will be pushing a patch today on January 14 at 6:00 pm PST. Below you can check the complete list of changes: [b]Items[/b] [list] [*]New item - Wood Door Shield and Metal Door Shield. When you hold RMB to raise your shield, it reduces the damage coming from the front, and you won’t be infected by zombie attacks. [*]New item - Sticky Bomb. Throw it at the zombies to cause damage and a slowing effect on them. [*]New item - UA Portal. You can use it to teleport your UA robots within a short distance to nearby your UA Portal. [/list] [b]Changes[/b] [list] [*]New feature - body beam. Beams are used to indicated the location where your character died last time. When aiming at the body beam, you can press E to pick up your inventory lost in your character’s last death. Up to 3 body beams can be effective at a time. With the help of body beam, you will be able to retrieve your inventory even if your body falls through the ground. [*]Reduced the spawning interval for UA Scout, and unify the spawning interval for UA Enforcer. [*]The calculation to determine if your characters are getting the Infection debuff is changed from proportionally to a fixed value, 30. [*]Fixed an issue where projectile weapons (like Grenades), where every fifth throw in succession ended up being a dud. [/list] [b]Environment[/b] [list] [*]Fixed some glitching terrain and props that were getting players stuck. [*]Fixed some floating trees and props. [*]Fixed some glitching terrain inside shelters that are blocking the slots used to place shelter structures. [*]Optimized the performance for some environment. [*]Fixed the collision issues with the POIs, including Gas Station, Construction Store/Warehouse, and Factory. [/list] [b]Squad[/b] [list] [*]New feature: squadmate icons are now shown in different colors in the Map. [*]New feature: you can choose to respawn at your squadmates’ shelter now. [*]Fixed an issue where some players cannot invite other players to form a squad. [/list] [b]Structures[/b] [list] [*]New Item - Wood Fence and Wood Fence Door, used to prevent creatures from jumping across and get inside your shelter. [*]New feature: automatic door closing. All doors will be closed automatically 3 seconds after they are opened. [*]New feature: added multiple directions to Metal Gate’s snapping points when you are building them in succession. [*]Reduced the crafting time for some items. [*]Fixed an issue where Wired Fence outside lost shelters are not doing damage to zombies. [*]Fixed an issue where your character spawned in game and got stuck in the environment. [*]Fixed an issue where your character spawned in game and fell from midair. [*]New feature: when respawning or fast traveling, you can click the shelters’ icons on the Map and select your destination instead of going through the respawn point list now. [*]Fixed an issue where players are unable to retrieve your inventory in PVP zones. [*]Updated some icons. [/list]
