1. Fixed an issue where the game would crash when a player-owned city came under attack and lost in certain circumstances.
2. Fixed an issue where Plague Zones would not expand properly.
3. Fixed an issue where the UI would be blocked when right-clicking a character.
4. Improved notifications. Notifications triggered when encountering a robbery have been merged together.
5. Improved the city information panel. When in a safe city, the city's name will be displayed.
6. Improved red dot notifications. A red dot will no longer be displayed to notify you that you can upgrade your character if you do not have enough Books to do it.
