Hi everyone! I am a solo developer, and this is my pet project. You can call me QCDev :) There have been 3 other small updates since the last patch notes, so I've included those changes here as well. ---
v. 1.0.005 Patch notes:

Additions:
- Scattered a few extra enemies around the first level, hopefully making it more interesting. - Your 3 most recently collected keycards will now appear on the bottom left corner of the Map screen, hopefully making it easier to navigate. - Updated the title screen. Just because!
Adjustments:
- Changed the music of level 1 to something more atmospheric. The track that used to play (Pyrotek45 - Oasis) will be used in future content. - Adjusted the sound effect that plays when hurting enemies to be less abrasive. - Lowered the volume of sound effects in comparison to music (especially the player's footsteps) - Updated boss health bars to take up less space - Temporarily removed the *Attract Mode* feature from the main menu while I work on a more up-to-date trailer. - Updated effects for the Avatar of Anger's blue lasers. - Made minor level design tweaks. - Made slight adjustments to some text. - Added a blocking volume above the Avatar of Anger encounter so the player can't rocket past the ceiling (in theory). - Made some changes to item prices in the shop to facilitate more tangible decision-making. Beta Plasma Gatling: -Reduced projectile speed from 9001 to 4000. -Reduced projectile size by 40%. **The Beta Plasma Gatling was meant to be a side-grade to the regular version-- one that deals more damage in exchange for being more difficult to aim. However, the Beta Plasma Gatling ended up outclassing it in nearly every single way. Its projectiles were not exceptionally slow, and their large size actually made the weapon very easy to aim, despite the original intent.**
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where item thumbnails in the player's inventory would change background colors as if they were items in a shop. - Fixed a bug where the hitbox of certain enemies' slashing attacks would extend past the visual effect. - Fixed a few issues involving sounds that did not play properly. - Fixed an issue where the Beta Plasma Gatling could shoot past destructible walls - Fixed an issue where the damage type of the Beta Plasma Gatling was incorrectly set to KINETIC. - Fixed an issue where the map for level 1 did not correctly display the orange door ---
The fastest way to reach me is through the community discord!
https://discord.gg/qaRcDCEDDj Right now, there are only about 50 members-- the most active one being myself.
