Unfortunately this means any ongoing saved games will no longer work, however anyone who wants to continue a saved game can activate the legacy1.1.7 version through the following method: Go to "Islands of the Caliph > Properties > Betas" and select "legacy1.1.7" from the drop-down menu if you want to continue your saved game.
