Cosmos Update, version 0.9.26

In the past three months, we've been working hard and making many significant changes. Sometimes the bugs and crashes never stop, but we're releasing a stable version (we hope) with many improvements. On Science, we put the scan button back; the auto-scan system we had before was simply inelegant. The science testers were unable to use it smoothly. On Comms, we really wrestled with the GUI layout. There's a 2d radar on Comms now, specifically for ordering friendly ships around. The jump drive is in, and seems to work well. It's currently only available on Ximni player ships. Manual beam control is in, so the weapons officer can hit the buttons and target enemy ship systems. We got fullscreen mode, and DMX lights, working very well. And we added a new and fun little mission, Secret Meeting, to challenge you.
