[*]Fixed an issue where hand grab animations would use fallback assets during an action (e.g. pressing trigger to arm grenade)
[*]Updated enemy ship behavior to not attempt to avoid projectiles shot at them. It was too annoying to shoot them.
[*]Removed animators on player ragdoll hands, so that they will no longer creepily animate themselves to match local client's hands.
