Class and Upgrade rebalancing, bug fixes

Just a quick release: [list] [*] Rogue now starts with the "Archery" action [*] Warrior now starts with the "Shield Bash" action [*] Rogue starts with one less Speed [*] Warrior starts with one less Defense [*] Mage starts with two less AP [*] Bolt Potion now only grants double speed at the beginning of each encounter [*] Distilled Energy is a new upgrade that grants double AP at the beginning of each encounter (which used to come with Bolt Potion, just seemed too strong in practice ) [*] Bug Fix: Enemies no longer can use ranged attacks through objects [*] Bug Fix: Players can no longer skip through dice rolling state due to lots of little bugs popping up around that.
