Beta v11.1 Changes: - Connect City Quarter Goal will now never ask you to connect a given city to more than 5 other cities. - Connect City Quarter Goal will now choose from a wider range of cities instead of just those with 2 or less gates. - Unlock City Quarter Goal will now be less aggressive. - Developed airport icon clicks now occur before route line clicks.
