Please continue sharing feedback as this is an important source of information for us. We understand that for some of you, Alpha Branch might have affected your experience with the way you play Beat Saber. Please know that this update is a crucial step for us to ensure we can continue developing and supporting the game with the latest tools and software in the future. We're working to release the Unity Update within one or two months. In the meantime, we'll be closely watching your feedback and working on fixes to make the transition between the Unity versions as smooth as possible. If you see an issue where an object is only rendered in one eye, this is due to Unity 2021 LTS removing the Single Pass stereo rendering mode and replacing it with Single Pass Instanced stereo rendering mode. Because of this, shaders needed to be updated. The explanation to the shader changes can be found here: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SinglePassInstancing.html Original post: Hey players, We just released the Alpha Branch of Beat Saber on the updated Unity version.
