The [b]ARMY BASE[/b] has several different variations (desert, snowy, forest) and is guaranteed to contain a General for Military Influence. Meanwhile, the [b]CITY HALL [/b] is the Political equivalent, with a guaranteed Politician and plenty of government documents for you to steal. The choice is yours! All Policies have been expanded from 3-5 options each to 5-9 options each, allowing you to explore different approaches to each run.
