Entering NG+ now gives an additional talent point. Simplified status formula. (health is no longer considered) (late game enemies with extremely high health were borderline immune to status effects) Rhythm has been redesigned to Vigor, which increases all stats by 1%. Increased early game card ghost rewards by 1 career point. Increased encounter strength to Poetry of Blood card ghosts by 20%. Halved EXP given from card ghosts. Enraged enemies now have a 50% chance for an additional action instead of 25%. Reduced base enemy tech rate of Infinite Nightmare from 12000 to 10000. Enemies gain town attack resources 20% faster. Increased protection of enemy resources by 50%. Increased health to Shiva by 25%. Increased health to Arbuscular Mycorrhizae by 25%. Reduced damage of tier 2 bombs and above from 12% to 40%. Bomb's luck aspect now scales at 1.3 instead of 1.5. Misc: Slightly reduced size and flashing effect to blind animation. Slightly reduced flashing effect to silence animation. Dev note: after looking at the altars, noticed bombs were the only hope. so I took em out back and gave them the old yeller. there will be no hope.
