9.7 Rakenzie Expansion
Important: Due to heavy script editing, previous
saves are likely unplayable. (the last time this
occurred, was about 4 years ago when tier 7 cards
were introduced)
New Features:
Created graphics to all cards.
Created 3 new tiers of cards. (10 is new max)
Created 2 unique cards. (Angel and Nosredna)
Card Freak can now be challenged to Rakenzie
after 250 career points.
Nosredna can now be challenged to Rakenzie if
Card Freak was defeated.
Rakenzie matches now begin with randomly placed
+1 tiles.
Rakenzie's career score now increases Rakenzie
reward quaity. (bonuses occur at 10, 25, 100,
250, 500, 1000, and 2000)
Extremely hot areas now affect the battle screen.
A certain angel now has its own faceset.
Added 3 card ghosts to Cosmic Color.
Added 8 card ghosts to Red Temple.
Balancing:
Reverted stamina formula to 50 + dexterity, but
with a 50% softcap after 100. (set maximum
stamina to 1000)
Golem begins with an additional 50 stamina.
Redesigned potions. (removed negative recovery
from potions, but redesigned their formulas to
also incorporate other stats)
Holy spells now also remove lymph sarcoma,
synovial sarcoma, intimal sarcoma, brain tumor,
cripple, decay, decompose, and plague.
Increased radiation debuff chance from 100% to
500-1000%.
Increased dexterity aspect to entropy's direct
damage by 1 tier.
Improved formula for expression damage. (arthouse
has significantly more weight as a building)
Increased encounter strength of normal CC enemies.
(lowest tier received the largest bonus by going
from 1333 to 2100)
Buffed Sam by 10-20%. (increased defense by 50%)
Buffed Reasonable Request by 10%.
Material Conversion now doubles enemy magic. (was
+50%)
Fate Talent is now +50% luck with +10% chance to
crit, instead of +100% luck.
Removed 15 condensed realities from Lost Arsenal.
Increased encounter strength to most poetry of
bloods by 10-20%.
Increased attack, magic, and dexterity of
dimensional demons by 5-10%.
Reduced health regen of dimensional demons from
1% to 0.75%.
Increased health of Ifrit by 15%.
Increased health of Eldric by 20%.
Increased Attack and Magic of Eldric by 10%.
Increased Golem and Sholem stats by 25%. (health
was increased by 50%)
Buffed Lady Green by 5%.
Buffed Cursed Hearts by 10%.
Increased accuracy to Golem, Sholem, and Shole
from 100% to 200%.
Increased Young Romantic from 35% to 50%.
Reduced Final Love from 90% to 80%.
Reduced Soul of Balance from 20% to 15%.
Redesigned Soul of Arcane to increase mana cost
instead of reduce mana.
Buffed Carbon heals by 50%.
Reduced Radiation heals by 20-33%.
Increased Stoic Mana by 40-50%.
Removed point penalties to losing in Card House.
Improved point rewards for draws inside of Card
House.
Reduced the amount cards received from Card House.
Slightly improved quality of cards received
from Card House.
Tripled loot reward from Card House.
Rust league is even easier. (the ai is given an
extremely terrible card for most rounds)
Card pillar difficulty is now slightly dynamic.
(winning twice in a row makes the final round
harder) (losing twice in a row makes the final
round easier)
Slightly buffed intricate and romantic weapons.
Removed all X cards.
Improved the card reward for the Eastern Patrol
quest. (was tier 4, is now tier 5)
Increased knowledge gained from reading new generic
books by 15%.
Doubled knowledge limit that could be gained from
reading new generic books. (knowledge gain stops
when violet no longer cares to read)
Increased enemy resource gain by 50%.
Increased town defense by 10-20%.
Multiple bosses now drop AP souls.
Reduced Cosmic Color's EXP bonus from x30 to x20.
Halved the EXP given by Poetry of Blood Card
Ghosts.
Tripled realism cost to all candies.
Reduced Divine Inheritance from 80% to 75%.
Buffed knockdown chance to AoE Earth spells.
Earth and Wind AoE spells can now stagger.
Clutter now slightly increases gravity damage.
Card packs now give 5 cards instead of 3.
Rakenzie scores now affect enemy resources.
Enraged enemies now receive 50% increased damage
instead of 25%.
Improved cards given by Quebec by 1 tier. (doubled
charisma needed for additional cards)
Quebec can now be challenged to Rakenzie.
Misc:
Fixed enemy forces from not starting with any
resources.
Cleaned up code for battle initialization. (this
fixed turn 1 enemy invincibility that sometimes
occurred)
Removed two scripts. (autobattlers are now a bit
more intelligent, and early game enemies are now
significantly easier)
Fixed Mass Conversation MP and AP cost.
Fixed Golem not leaving party when entering
Undercity.
Fixed minor pathing issue in Divine Tower.
Fixed Ifrit not being weak to water or ice.
Fixed Ghost issue at Golem's Hand.
Fixed minor mapping issue in Eastern Ocean.
New cards stay on screen twice as long.
Enemy graphics are now removed when killed by
a DoT.
Aim no longer gives environmental info.
Improved performance to Katis bridge.
Improved performance to Winter Recluse.
Fixed exp softcaps.
Rakenzie now affects enemy resources.
Random Rakenzie cards now properly have a 10%
chance to be a tier higher. (with a 1% chance
to be 2 tiers higher, and a 0.1% chance to be
3 tiers higher)
Fixed party not dying from Ifrit encounter.
Fixed camera from overly zooming out in most
mode 7 areas.
