1/7/2025 9.9.2 Hotfix Misc: Fixed Reconstruction talent. Further reduced size of blind animation. Slightly reduced size of poison animation. Slightly buffed Old Arena enemies. (hope received a moderate buff) Fixed some early game typos. Fixed Calcium Spear from not giving Carbon magic. PoM can now create card packs. Created 2 new tiers of card packs. Fixed 2 out dated cards from sometimes showing up as tier 8. (new saves only) Fixed paralysis spells from inflicting altar states. Fixed 3 altar states from being applied to the player. (old saves require 1 encounter)
