Added coins that can drop after either destroying vases or defeating monsters.
Coins are persistent between rounds, and can only be spent at the start of a round in the new shop.
You can buy strength, mushlings and health, so you have to be smart what to spend them on!

A slightly stronger pot that can spawn on higher ascensions, to make up to the fact that you now earn gold in vases.

It's just too punishing if you battle with it early in a run, so I nerfed it across the board
- Increased the boss health slightly on higher ascensions
[h2]Small changes[/h2]
- Added a "dizzy indicator" when hitting enemies to tell you that they won't attack next turn
- Added bullet trails for board bullets
- Updated UI for holding a key
- Start showing the board UI on the starting floor
- Destroy all spawned monsters on round won
- Fix bug with bestiary not updating correctly
