Polishes and Fixes... Updated the settings menu to be as cute as the cursor menu. One practical improvement is an improved hotkey editing UI. YM now only runs as admin. This simplifies things such as removing a related setting and the need to nag about it for several games. The admin (UAC) prompt should only appear once (introduced in a previous update).
