Hi everybody,
it's been some time. Now I am back though with a new update that brings lots of new things to discover for playtesters! The development parts of this updates were not totally easy and I faced more than one roadblock. Nevertheless, I learned lots of things and some new tricks. The most important aspect of this update are probably two new interactive "cutscenes"/story excursions/memories/imaginations/whatever you want to call them. The player will encounter them along their journey. Additionally I added many new assets, for example the new fir trees in the outside area change the look and feel of the outside area pretty drastically.
I am now quite confident in the lore/story of the game, and think that it is on a good track. I am still looking into making the game spookier, adding more threats and such. That will definitely be a large topic in future updates. I would also like maybe 1-2 more cutscenes as well as a larger cave area. Some time I will also have to spend on performance optimizations, though the graphics options introduced in this update (for example FSR 2.2) offer at least some improvements already.
