[*]Added toggle to turn on and off menus popping up at the beginning of training and replay. [*]Tournament mode now locks Handicap at 100%. [*]Handicap is no longer fixed for training. You can adjust it on the character select screen. [*]Fixed an issue with Kae's death animation.
