Version 1.20 Released! Hard Mode and Workshop Support!

This version contains official mod support, the workshop, and Hard Mode! There will probably be a bunch of bugs and balance tweaks in the coming weeks. I have managed to get the workshop uploader working using Steam's SDK tools, so you can use the workshop to download mods but not upload them. I am currently getting Valve's help to fix the internal issues and hopefully an in-game uploader is in the near-future. Here's the changelog! -Typos. -Fireburst will now correctly hit all enemies. -Adjusted "Phylactery" to be "Anima Crypta". -Kangaroo gem now has the correct description. -Gavin no longer has two "All" categories in the upgrade window. -You can now continue to move the cursor when showing option details on the options menu. -Journal cat is now partially transparent for translations that might need the whole dialogue box. -Divine Storm is no longer always-hit. -Made item effects no longer resistable. -Fixed a bug in the target-lowest AI code. -Cyrano's Arcane Singularity now always hits. -Fixed one of the bad end options not actually sending you back in time. -Fixed gate battles auto-proceeding when the battle ends. -Fixed Arcane Focus not giving the correct spell damage boost. -Added new quest reward for the Sage quest that increases combat item effectiveness. -Added new quest reward for the Dicranum quest, decreases Cyrano's spell costs and gives her a unique charm. -ADDED HARD MODE. Activate it by examining the statue of Heron. -Added a very cute Shiba Inu who will tell you about Hard Mode :3 -You now have three charm slots to use instead of just one. The power of attuned charms has been cut to 1/3rd (approximately). -When loading a save from before v1.20, charms and gems will dump into your inventory, you'll need to re-equip them. -Charms now unlock new skills! You can preview them in the skills menu. Some of them might be less useful than others, but now you've got a ton of build options! -Enemies now have a ton of new abilities and AIs. They won't use all of them unless you're on hard mode. -Enemies on hard now get a stacking attack buff when they convert a party member. That'll show you, that'll show you all! -Levelup cost now caps at 7000 per levelup, meaning levelups are a more viable method of increasing stats. -Some parts of the UI have been adjusted for the JP translation, so things may be slightly misaligned. I'm working on this! -Various memory optimizations should reduce the game's memory usage and speed up loading. -Reclaimed forms now have new art (thanks, Xandra!). -Attuning a charm only takes 5 wins now (was 10). This applies to all charm slots. Switching charms between slots WILL reset the counter!
