Verion 1.06 Released

Dear Fencers, We have released version 1.06 of The Brazil Fencing Club with the following updates:

More realistic movement speed while fencing. Edit the CONFIG.DAT file to “MOVESPEED=3.5” if you preferred the older faster speed. (controller movement only)
Added a short lived reduction of speed when changing directions (controller movement only).
Added a coach led private warm-up lesson I had created for myself.
Added a coach led private advance lunge lesson I had created for myself.
The simple practice left and right hand fencers will now have a delay in their direction changes. So when the opponents advances without priority the player will have an instant to hit before the opponent can retreat.
Competition fencer, Anna Troy, will now have another attack added to her game.
Competition fencer, Alexandra Campion, will now remark “Sitting Duck” to the player if the player doesn't respond to her check.
Competition fencer, Walter Golden, will now require the player to have tighter blade movements to weave through his wall of defensive parries.
Added an option to turn off controller movement to force player to use real footwork. This would require a very large play space and for the player to have knowledge of actual real fencing footwork.
Added an optional reminder for the player to stay down in their on guard if the player is actually trying to learn to use a real on guard fencing stance.
Access to the developer menu in case the player wishes to try to script their own custom fencers or fencing lessons.
The goal with this game is to create as much of a realistic fencing experience in VR as possible. I hope these updates improve your VR fencing experience and there will be plenty of more updates in the future. CounterParry
