[*] For Novice: the upgrade skill points gained at levels 3 and 8 have been increased from +5 to +8. The card draw cost reduction at level 9 has been increased from 5% to 8%.
[*] Cowboys now gain an additional 0.5 real damage per level.
[*] Out-of-game mage upgrade effects have been changed: Level 3 now grants card Magic Mastery at the start instead of increasing magic recovery, and Level 7 now grants card Element Mastery at the start instead of increasing maximum magic value.
[*] In-game magic skills have been adjusted: Meditation now also restores magic based on a percentage, key magic passives now increase maximum magic value, overall damage and magic consumption have been increased.
[*] Magic potion recovery has been changed from 150 to 100 + 10% of maximum magic value.
[*] During Magic Frenzy (Fire Mage), attack speed, cooldown reduction, and movement speed are now increased by 30%, with duration and cooldown changed to 8 seconds.
